No Name Hot Tub Guard still walking its post in Saddlebrooke
Virgil says this road runner has staked out the back yard and taps on his reflection in the bedroom window every morning, sort of a lazy alarm clock --- he doesn't tap until 10. Virgil took this picture, but couldn't get close enough to sex the bird, so we've consulted with Steve's family for a gender neutral name: Risky the Road Runner; Scruffy, Dirt, whatever. We'll let you know when it is ready for its closeup. Kathleen's been thinking more about rattlesnakes lately, since she heard on the Discovery Channel that the City of Tucson takes 5,000 calls for rattlers each year.
