Next project at Rock Crest

Will it never end? Probably not. There is a huge master bedroom at the golfhouse, too big for anyone to use as such. Somebody came up with a great idea to subdivide it into a bedroom and a library or work out room, or hobby room or sitting room or spare room or whatever.

Anyway, it involves erecting a wall with a pocket door and windows in it and breaking another opening through a wall into the family room.
We're taking bids now.
There was a fellow from Alexandria named Warkenthein who has already bowed out. Too busy.
We've got one bid so far. If you are interested in the work (Harold said he only builds snow fence anymore) please submit your bid to engineer Steve, shown in the accompanying photo indicating to friends Dave and Joel where the future wall will go.
