Dear family and friends:
Briggs made it home last night by 10:00 p.m. and was comfortably in bed by 11:00 p.m.
She ate well from the inventory of good foods Breck and Mitch had kindly delivered.
When I checked on her at 4:30 a.m. she said the magic words: "I'm hungry." I made her a bagel and she went back to bed. Sorry about the mundaneness, but it just feels so good to have her home and hopefully in a peaceful routine.
We think that we will give it the day today to make sure that her adjustments in situation and medications are all working, and then tonight post visiting and contact suggestions.
Thanks.
Steve
