What do you do with a basement corner that doesn't work for anything? Cut plywood sheets diagonally at 45 degrees and you've got deep storage. The IKEA see-through boxes make it easy to spot stuff that you don't really want anyway, probably should throw out, but as soon as you did, you'd be looking for it. This makes a nice compromise and helps re-square the room.
