We finished the basement fitness room today with the installation of a $25 floor made from the leftover blue and yellow wall paint, plus a dash of rust that was on the shelf. Actually it's a $35 floor if you count the cost of the blue masking tape for the fake grout. And of course, Stan's labor has no value.

Three coats of polyurethane for a hard, shiny surface and the installation of baseboards finished the job.
We moved in the Bowflex tonight, next comes the treadmill. A scale that records weight gain and loss finishes the room.
Now the real work begins.
