Abbey Point Inspectors General, Wes and John, supervised delivery of three semi-loads of shingles and related paraphernalia this morning. Crack roofing crews will arrive first thing next week to tear off three sub-standard 10-year-old-plus roofs and redo them with 40-year certified "Weathered Wood" asphalt shingles. Forecasters call for a heat wave next week, and Phase II may get a bit iffy, as brutal temperatures could delay the project.
This morning was very comfortable for the inspection team. The shingle unloading and subsequent logistical positioning went off without a hitch. Thanks for all you do, Wes and John.
