Ann, a skilled All-Star Service Representative at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen, mixed together a little oil and water this morning and smoothed out everything.We had been scheduled to get a complimentary new car checkup and wash yesterday, but when we drove in, the service department was closed. This morning we returned bright and early and the sheepish but rested service crew apologized and rushed to give us "the best checkup ever," a sparkling car wash and some parting gifts: A couple of future oil changes and a nice supply of window washing fluid for our yellow girl.
