It's raining hard on Kathleen's birthday today. It's the first time she can remember not having sunshine on her big day.
There have been better birthdays, to be sure. When the day's highlight is painful therapy in Chaska, followed by more exercise at home, it's easy to remember that there have been happier times. We're sure those days will come back sometime soon, and in the meantime we're grateful for all the good wishes and support.
