Big news when we got to the airport yesterday was that Dan and Mary got married. Yup. We had explained that our house rules aren't all that strict, but nevertheless the new couple will be spending the better part of this week in our guest bedroom. . . legally bound.
Our congratulations to Dan and Mary Martin, who are making their home in Oregon and are here to see Dan's old friends and visit. She's never been to Minnesota before and arrived on the afternoon of the nicest day of the past 180. Dan's one lucky guy.
But he's not naive. They'll honeymoon safely in Hawaii.
