Homemade Egg Rolls!
We enjoyed a surprise batch of fresh egg rolls (above) during the Bears/Vikings half-time today, sent over from Thuy Nguyen's kitchen in Prior Lake. For years we played Stanta Claus at her house and the season reminds her of the good times and the little ones.
We enjoyed a surprise batch of fresh egg rolls (above) during the Bears/Vikings half-time today, sent over from Thuy Nguyen's kitchen in Prior Lake. For years we played Stanta Claus at her house and the season reminds her of the good times and the little ones.
Her nephew Calvin, who once bounced as a shy tyke on Stanta's knee during her annual Christmas parties, is now a freshman on a scholarship at Carleton College.
