| New deck, old deck at Mrs. Murphy's |
Okay. So Wayne didn't get his deer this year. . . he did get the deck built past the outhouse at their hunting shack in the deep woods south of International Falls.
Wayne and his wife, Mary Ann, removed a ton off their "to do" list at the labor-of-love wilderness project. When they got back into civilized cellphone territory, we received some photos of completed projects. . . furniture made from antlers, etc. . . and an invitation to join them there some time.

Wayne's World looks smashing. Dry feet all the way past the outhouse and on to the sauna.
What more is there? Glad he doesn't have to make that dash on the deck tonight, though. Based on the latest weather reports, there's 10 inches of snow on it.
