Sandy and Tom motor away soon on a tour of the Southwest, what with tax season a wrap and first confirmation responsibilities handled. They have a space reserved near the edge of the Grand Canyon. Meanwhile, John and Katie have volunteered for mock jury duty over at Wm. Mitchell School of Law -- just for fun. Stan and Katie were given a couple of "thumbs up" for "The Book Thief," which just arrived from Netflix. Entire table approved "October Sky." Tom recently discovered he has a relative in legendary Hanska, Minnesota. The Minnesota Twins thoughtfully phoned Mary, just to check and see if she had made her plans for The All-Star game yet. Stonebrooke Restaurant presents a brand new menu soon, our waiter says, so anticipation builds. By the way, where's Kevin the Bartender? Pass the butter, please.
