Rainy Lake level continues to fall, leaving a mess for Wayne and Mary Ann. Here's their report:
About 325 sandbags have been moved and dispersed in driveways, holes and the like. Many planks have floated in and seem to like our little harbor. More will be stacked in the yard for salvage or the landfill. As the water recedes more sand bags get removed. Target date is August 9th for the annual Ranier celebration. We hope to have the deck part of the dock power washed and sit on the deck furniture while drinking a Long Island Tea.
I'm keeping count of the bags and will report. My back reported that 100 per day moved two times each is the daily limit.
