We went off to Airport Appliance and sought the advice of Pedro Smith, our all-time favorite salesperson. Given our concerns and parameters, he quickly zeroed in on three reasonable fixes. After a good night's sleep, I awoke knowing that this range, like the Vitamix, was here to change my life.

True, the utilities would need to be changed, Bill's All-Clad cookware exchanged for induction-compatible cookware, countertops replaced, and cupboards adjusted, but isn't that what love is all about? Giving a little to get a little? Isn't that the formula? I think so.
