Taro doesn't much care for his blue leash anyway, so he didn't mind loaning it to us to temporarily bind and support the dining room chandelier while we disconnected it. We'll be painting the ceiling and installing a 30-inch medallion to work with the new crown moulding. The fixture is now safely in the garage and Taro has his leash back, not that he cares.
