So far, so good
Here's a look at the problem corner with the IKEA furniture stuck in it and the Home Depot blinds hanging on the two windows. The millk choculate and pink floral duvet cover (see comments in previous post) is shown along with the pillows. Do you like them?
We will seek a stained glass window insert from Mexican sources, but aren't all that optimistic just yet. And we still need a headboard. Came up dry on our search for a used blonde headboard on Grant Street, but found and impulsively purchased a charming 100-year-old colonial teak and iron front door imported from India instead. More on that later.
Please notice that the pink carpeting is becoming less and less significant. Now, we must accessorize, accessorize. Those are tool bags you see on the shevles now. Books by the pound or by the yard, anyone? Framed artwork for the walls. I am just not in the mood for pinky Mexican pots sitting on the IKEA stuff right now. Maybe an arrangement from Flowers by Darlin in Catalina?
