Construction begins on Cafe del Solveig

Permits have been awarded and construction materials purchased for the new Cafe del Solveig, a breakfast and coffee bistro to be located at the intersection of Stoney Ridge and Rock Crest. Slated for opening as early as this Saturday, the exclusive open air cafe boasts a single table and magnificent views of the nearby Catalina Mountains.
Brightly colored annuals will frame the brick paver patio as it soaks in early morning rays from the Arizona sun, hence the name Cafe del Solveig or Cafe of the Sunway, a casual mix of Spanish and Norwegian influence.
Crews will begin assembling materials tomorrow with landscapers digging in shortly thereafter. Watch this space to see progress and announcement of the Grand Opening.

Word has been received today, via personal internet communication links, that the familial namesake of this ambitious project may be available for a future dedication ceremony. See the attached comment that drew ripples of excitment throughout the core of motivated, albeit illegal, workmen committed to bringing this project to fruition.
