Good company and a secret weapon

Dear Family and Friends:
Briggs did quite well today, caution paying off. John and Kathy Kachelmyer and Kristin Kachelmyer Krusemark visited today, brightening her outlook, and Charlotte Gallagher, our friend and acupuncturist, is arriving shortly.
Laurie Ramy arrived with her arms full of loads of her inimitable (I looked it up) gourmet cooking, including many vegetarian dishes. Laurie always spoiled the kids when they were younger; and we are very happy that she is continuing that tradition. The food is fabulous.

Art skills
Bill did well at his therapy today. He and his mother will be here Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. Briggs is greatly looking forward to seeing him, having exhausted her art skills illustrating several letters she has managed to send to him.

Massage skills
Several people have asked how Nancy and I are doing. Our answer is simple. We have a secret weapon: Bailey Breck. Every day since the accident she has been here for whatever we need, juggling her college course schedule to meet our needs. And the best part is: her matchless massage skills can make comfortable the end of even our more difficult days.
Bailey Breck took her final college final today and will be attending Hamline University Law School this fall.

We hope to continue to send you good news in the days ahead.

Steve
