23 Quilts

In 1991, Beverly Rolfsrud took her first quilting class over at Knute Nelson Home in Alexandria, Minnesota. Ten years later, she, with the help of her friends, had made 23 quilts. Most of them were given to her children and grandchildren. This five-minute clip features many of those quilts as well as her children and grandchildren. It is accompanied by Beverly Rolfsrud singing "O Thou That Tellest Good Tidings," which is taken from Handel's The Messiah. The song was recorded by her in the mid-60s as part of her "Into His Presence With Singing" album.
