Up On the Rooftop . . .

The British Petroleum Gulf fiasco provided a big window to high-end business artifice when skilled executives were called upon to dodge responsibility, modify perceptions and blow smoke in testimony before their Congressional co-conspirators. The Abbey Point rooftops hosted a similar circular firing squad last week as almost a dozen inspectors, representatives and lawyers swarmed the premises to prove that their respective business was not at fault for the shoddy result claimed by all the roof owners.
The photo below was taken in 2005, when getting it right the first time may have been the best business practice.
