Friday morning

With all this gorgeous scenery it's hard to believe we're planning an escape, but we are. It's been mild the past few days, then a polar plunge into sub zero starting this weekend when the SeaHawks invade for their coldest game ever. We'll get motivated.
After the constant rains, the West Coast should be warm and green in a couple of weeks, perhaps a leisurely road trip there through Utah's glory?

We are thinking of Utah also, especially since it was just on Aerial America and I took a good look. But not till spring; we have no motivation to leave here.
Hope the rains recede enough for you to have an enjoyable time there, and I hope Hai got some rain for his gorgeous plants. I bet some of his succulents are coming back.

i am sorry about your waffle maker; consider yourself blessed to have enough storage to keep a backup waffle maker!

No trash talk just yet about the game today; it looks brutal for all concerned, actually. But that's what they get the big bucks for.

Enjoy your pretty winter day.
