The four youngest Rolfsrud children wished Kathleen a belated happy birthday tonight. The honoree cut a lemon mousse cake, confected by the Edelweiss bakers of Prior Lake and accompanied by vanilla ice cream orbs rolled in hand-scraped lemon zest. Wrapped Godiva chocolate favors completed the festive ensemble. And we even used the good silverware.
