Here's a look at the recently completed nave of the Shalom Lutheran Church in Alexandria. As a founding member, our mother was invited by the congregation to attend the dedication ceremonies on June 30. She has been a leader in this church for the past 30 years, at one time heading the music ministry there. Mother was excited to learn of the completion of this building project, the capstone of years of development of this mission church.
As far as the architecture is concerned, we think the designers of the much-anticipated Vikings stadium may have found inspiration here.
