No. Dakotans go for bragging rights. . .

Minnesota has the most and the biggest mosquitoes, and the most West Nile virus, everybody knows that. But our dear cousin Rose Veeder obviously wants to claim bragging rights as she sends this notice to family members planning on attending Saturday's Rolfsrud Reunion in Keene, North Dakota.

Rose Veeder writes:
It's soon time for you to be packing your clothes for this trip. Karen reminded me that the mosquitoes are fierce at her place so you might want to throw in some insect repellent, long pants, long sleeves, etc. For the most part we will be meeting inside, but if you plan to go on the tour in the afternoon after the program or are involved in other outside activities, it may keep you from being on the West Nile sick list or worse. A hat might be helpful as well.

Stay tuned in case there are any late breaking announcements! Have a safe trip here.

Rose

(Puleeze. Mosquitoes in North Dakota? How can that be? It never rains in North Dakota. Ask any farmer.)
